Our Mission
Our mission is to provide equitable experience- and knowledge-based guidance to those looking to engage in disability, equity, and inclusion work. To listen, learn and amplify voices with lived experience as a means to empowering inclusion in all built environments, indoors and out.
We achieve our mission by leveraging our expertise and lived-experience through collaborating with stakeholders to assess, evaluate, and plan for inclusive changes.
THE TEAM
All of our Independent consultants come to this work with lived- and professional- experience in disability inclusion. Our mission is to never speak for experiences we have not lived but instead call out the intersections of race, class, gender, sexuality, and identity, and seek to amplify the voices of our fellow community members as we work together on collective liberation.

We take a holistic approach to assessments, focusing on physical access and program inclusion as interdependent and mutually reinforcing components to becoming a welcoming site for all participants. This holistic approach to assessment ensures these two aspects foster an inclusive environment so everyone can learn in nature now and into the future. We assess an organization's best practices, curriculum, policy, and site, inside and out, so that our clients' strategic plan is grounded in evidence, lived-experience, and equity.
Importantly, our team comes to this work with lived-experience of disability and of creating accessible solutions in environments full of barriers. It is important to us that we never speak for experiences we have not lived, so we put great effort into making sure our team is representative of our mission.
